Position Summary: Play a key role in the daily management of external content providers (vendors, KOLs/influencers, agencies) through all phases of development and production Manage day-to-day content operations including internal requests for PR/event coverage and partner activationsSupport distribution operations including programming, channel optimization, audience development, and metrics/reportingDevelop data-driven insights in collaboration with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize content strategies across department initiativesStay current on industry best-practices and trends encompassing social media platforms, content formats, and influencer/talent trendsSupport all aspects of production operations including procurement, budgeting, and intellectual property usage |Major Responsibility: Play a key role in the daily management of external content providers (vendors, KOLs/influencers, agencies) through all phases of development and production Manage day-to-day content operations including internal requests for PR/event coverage and partner activationsSupport distribution operations including programming, channel optimization, audience development, and metrics/reportingDevelop data-driven insights in collaboration with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize content strategies across department initiativesStay current on industry best-practices and trends encompassing social media platforms, content formats, and influencer/talent trendsSupport all aspects of production operations including procurement, budgeting, and intellectual property usage |Required Skills/Knowledge: 3+ years' experience in a content-driven role in China Mastery of current content trends, influencer/KOL ecosystems, digital distribution and social media in China Understanding of all aspects of content creation from creative development to post-production Relevant case studies demonstrating strategic understanding of digital media, branded content, celebrity/KOL integration, and data-driven planning Advertising agency & production company & brand marketing related work experience Native Chinese language ability with fluency in both written and spoken English Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint|Education:Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Relevant Field
