This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.

 

Position Summary

The role will be responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats and organizing them within a document management system. This role is crucial for modernizing storage solutions and ensuring easy access to important information.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Digitize physical documents using scanners and other digitization tools.
  • Organize digital files within a document management system.
  • Ensure all documents are properly labeled and categorized for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute digitization tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and any issues encountered.

 

Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Proficiency in using scanners and digitization tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

Experience Needed

  • Experience working with document management systems and software.

 

Salary Range: $23.00/Hourly
