Position Summary:

This position will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple facets of Production Management. The role will include working within the Team Entertainment and Talent group across various premiere and grassroot NBA events as well as participating in the creation, tracking and analysis of budgets across multiple groups that Business Operations supports.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Track all Team Entertainment performance/appearance/activation requests. Responsibilities include coordinating all travel logistics and budget maintenance.
  • Handle budgets from inception through reconciliation, including creation, tracking, analysis, projections, closing as well as processing Talent/Team/Vendor invoices.
  • Maintain department credit cards through monthly reconciliations and ensuring proper coding.
  • Assist the Production Management department in the execution of live production on events, as needed, throughout the annual calendar.
  • Ability to handle multiple aspects of client services. Working with both external and internal clients to deliver best in class care.
  • Understanding of tracking delivered content, field shoots and staffing needs across multiple initiatives.


Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills!
  • Knowledge of Finance and budgets.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment while prioritizing assignments and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills!
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Box, Airtable) and the ability to learn custom League applications.
  • Flexibility to travel and work late nights/weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.


Experience Needed:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Live Events and Production


Educational Background Required:

  • Bachelors degree required

 

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
