Position Summary:
The Corporate Card Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Card Program Lead by handling card administration tasks and reporting. This position will interface with employees across the organization by providing customer service and reporting needs related to the credit card programs at the NBA.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor centralized Corporate Card email inbox, address and respond to employee inquiries and escalate matters requiring urgent attention
  • Monthly administration of corporate card program including downloading monthly statements, preparing wire payments for approval, approving corporate cards, resetting passwords, resolving declined transactions, etc.
  • Maintain cardholder information, including adding/updating cardholder accounts in financial system; work with ex-pat employees with systems issues when processing expense reports
  • Administration of BTA, Meeting and Purchasing Card wire process Audit support for Concur central bill statement reports and supporting documents to ensure that spend activity is in compliance with internal policy
  • Prepare accrual to record unsubmitted corporate card statements on a monthly basis
  • Manage and resolve employee corporate card delinquencies
  • Work with HRBP to resolve accounts for involuntarily exiting employees and/or unresolved accounts after exit date
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with cardholders to ensure compliance with timely submission of central bill statements and supporting receipts in accordance with policy
  • Communicate with cardholders to provide education and insight on proper use of cards
  • Run reports to maintain metrics for card program as required
  • Support Corporate Card Program Lead with card program initiatives, special projects and system implementations
     

Required Education/Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred or comparable work experience desired
  • 1+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst preferred
  • 1-3+ years of experience Card Programs preferred
  • 1-3+ years' experience in Finance preferred


Required Skills/Knowledge Attributes:

  • Knowledge of, or similar experience with Concur, SAP, Amex @ Work, VISA Spend Clarity preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel required, must have experience with Pivot tables, vLookup Problem solving, analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Attention to detail Strong customer service and time management skills Strong written & interpersonal communication skills
  • Great organization skills with ability to balance/prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment


 

 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
