WORK OPTION:  The NBA currently provides eligible employees the option of working remotely one day per week.  

 

This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.


 

Position Summary:
The Project Employee would act as general support for Partner Services responsible for assisting with project workflow for a number of day-to-day projects and collaborate on all hospitality needs/programs for every major event managed within the group. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well both internally and externally. This position will report into the Director of Partner Services. This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed (10) months.
 

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for regular season ticket requests to include submitting requests into TRS system, acting as liaison with ticketing group, tracking department requests in team tracker, timely communication with internal requestors and working with Partner Services colleagues for proper department prioritization.
  • Assist in all aspects of All Star Weekend preparation to include sending invitations for business guests, fulfilling contractual obligations, weekly RSVP reports, contractual and business seating, ticket distribution, Partner Reception and suite checks.
  • Provide support for all global games to include Abu Dhabi, Macao, Mexico and Berlin/UK games. Primary role will be to assist with sending digital tickets, work with regional offices on contractual ticket obligations, RSVP updates, guest confirmations and planning of partner receptions.
  • Serve as primary support for the NBA Draft to include invite collection, process enforcement, sending digital tickets for both business invites and contractual obligations, and assist with seating using Social Tables platform. Assist with Green Room experience.
  • Assistance on WNBA All Star to encompass working with account teams to confirm contractual ticket obligations, assist with sending GPM invites and confirmation letters, RSVP reports, business seating using Social Tables platform and planning of partner reception.
  • Assist in the management and planning of the All Access program for International MP partners to include budgeting, proper coding of program expenses, creating and tracking ROI for the program, hotel selection, catering, restaurant contracts, itinerary, travel arrangements, working with the teams to book suite/in-arena ticket purchase, BOH tours, and assist the regions to execute the program.
  • Assist with the credential process to include training, pre-approving access, communicating to subgroup credential POCs and liaising with Security.
  • Assist with partner account coverage on MP account teams where and when applicable.
  • Manage the Holiday Card program for GPM to include crafting appropriate communication, creating and managing excel tracker for the department.
  • Oversee the League Pass Code program for both NBA and WNBA to include department communication, working with MOT, and managing code distribution.
    Required Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent skills in Excell and Microsoft office with the skill set to learn new computer programs and platforms as well as train others.

 

Experience Needed:

  • 1-4 years experience or college grad who is a quick learner
  • BA required

 

Salary Range: $32.00/Hourly
