Position Summary: The Production Coordinator - NBA 2K League will be responsible for providing production management support for the 2K League's tent-pole events and broadcast production by creating budgets, coordinating logistics for live events, overseeing projects and deliverables for broadcast partners and sponsors throughout the season, as well as applying a streamlined and cost-efficient process. This role will also be responsible for managing all production communication with various departments, event groups, and stakeholders.
Major Responsibility:
- Support all production projects throughout the year at the direction of the 2K League's Head of Content & Media & Coordinating Producer
- Full creative and broadcast production coordination including but not limited to: building production schedules, managing production logistics, creating call sheets, routing video content and footage, tracking budgets, coordinating talent travel
- Manages the assigned budget, vendor contract process, production schedule, and payments for 2K League
- Manages vendor communications for the production team
- Serves as the main point of contact for technical/ equipment aspects of productions, and
- Track and document broadcast and technical elements of 2K League productions
- Ad hoc production and broadcast duties as assigned
Required Skills/Knowledge:
- 2-4 years of experience in Sports and/or Television
- Production knowledge and Experience with Finance and Project Budgeting
- Experience with live production and post-production
- Knowledge of television and digital production processes
- Strong computer skills in (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong project management skills; working knowledge of project management tools (Asana)
- Strong attention to detail, and possesses good organizational and communication skills
- Analytical skills a plus
- Budget management experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
Salary Range:
- $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
