Position Summary:


The DTC Consumer Products team is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to support the Game Experience vertical with a focus on telecast enhancements. This product manager will shape the future of our Game Experience product experiences and develop and execute a near and long-term roadmap to drive growth and incremental business value for the NBA's global DTC business. The ideal candidate will support a bold vision for the future of the NBA fan as a member of a global, connected community, and drive product development and innovation with a team of world-class product managers, designers and engineers. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, lead with insights, have a bias for action, and help build an excellent product development culture.


Major Responsibility:


  • Create detailed product features, sponsorship opportunities, operational runbooks and supporting documentation to build a sustainable process for delivering an exciting digital experience for each alternate feed or community feature
  • Manage the development and execution of features around alternate broadcast feeds (e.g., influencer stream), including concepting, asset management, development, configuration, testing, launch and curation
  • Partner with stakeholder leads on planning, logistics and execution of how events are presented across various digital products
  • Measure the success of features, content, and events and optimize their performance through split-testing and rapid, data-driven iteration
  • Manage and perform day-to-day product/project management activities, including the definition of product specifications, requirements, user stories, high level technical and user experience flows

  • Manage relationships with internal and external development, design, testing and operations partners to implement product updates with a consistent level of quality Identify and cultivate relationships with new technology companies, agencies, or partners that can improve all aspects of our digital products



Required Skills/Knowledge:


  • 3+ years' experience in product management with a proven track record of innovating, managing and supporting digital features for broadcast feeds
  • Experience working with analytics and measurement software tools coupled with strong data analysis skills
  • Experience working with premium and/or subscription products, direct-to-consumer preferred
  • Technology-savvy with deep understanding of evolving media and content landscape and trends
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills and experience leading product discussions with senior management
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
  • Knowledge of basketball and a passion for the NBA and sport




  • Bachelor's degree
